This is a lovely hidden gem in Colton. The food is incredible, especially their salt & pepper fish - WOW. It's unassuming, but so full of flavor, texture and absolutely delicious. We also tried the pan-fried noodles with vegetables and tofu and the vegetarian (tofu) spring rolls. Everything was tasty, brought to the table hot, and not too greasy. Highly recommend checking out this lovely restaurant and supporting the local business.

We really like Vietnamese food, and we finally had a chance to try this location. The service was good and fast. The food could be better. The pork was a bit dried, and some of the noodles were overdone. But overall is a good place. Didn't try the soup, but in the future, I'll definitely try it out.

First time here. Service was fast. The papaya salad was very sweet. The beef jerky was good that topped it. The crispy noodle dish number 46 seemed like it was missing salt or soy sauce. The bun was very good and fresh. I had a coconut juice and added boba and it was fantastic.

Food is very good. Authentic. Hubby finished his clear beef broth, and I finished my noodles and extra meat. We doggie bagged the pork roll for dinner. We did not like the server's attitude. She is not warm, she seems judgmental as I caught her rolling her eyes on us a few times. Ambience is quiet, with a few tables filled. I bet Pho Long will gain more customers if servers are genuinely friendlier to customers. As much as I would like to go back, the server is one repellant I will be thinking twice on.

First time here. The service was good! And the food came out fresh and fast. I love that they included pictures of majority of the menu. And the menu itself is very descriptive which makes it easy when Ordering. I had the #1 Pho and Pork Spring rolls along with Thai Tea.

The food portion is not generous and taste is fine. There was a big group lunch meeting but the staffs were still nice even though they are extremely busy.

My coworkers and I had lunch at Pho Long in Colton today. This was the Co'm Bò Lúc Lắc or... diced steak with steamed rice or... the #48. I don't know what it was seasoned with but it was quite flavorful. Other than a couple of pieces that were a little tough, it was fantastic. The ambiance was nice, pretty typical of other Vietnamese restaurants that I have eaten at in the past. The place was clean too. I would definitely go back.

We come here during the fall and winter for our Pho it's soo delicious whether you get the chicken or the shrimp or beef. They're all delicious. We've tried them all. My kids usually get the chicken fried rice, which is very tasty and there's just the right amount of chicken on there and also the egg rolls are really good! The service is quick you get your food less than 15 minutes after you get there and order. They also have the convenience of ordering over the phone for pick up. I will say that sometimes when they're busy, they can be a little short with the customers, but it's understandable because they're busy. The older staff is always really great. There is a younger woman there that doesn't have the best customer service, but nothing too major. I definitely would recommend this place. It's so inviting on the inside. They have lots of seating in the dining area and it's always very clean.
